Education for Real Estate Professionals
After many years of working in real estate sales, Kristin Walter discovered she was missing her former career as an elementary school teacher. Training real estate sales professionals combines her two biggest passions; teaching and real estate. The Real Classroom was made to instruct sales agents, managing brokers, title companies, and lenders in multiple disciplines.
For this project, we were hired to build out The Real Classroom's brand identity, edit and launch their free course, and design worksheets and course content.
The Real Classroom set out to help people save years of trial and error in the real estate space. The classes are comprehensive and the information is invaluable. In launching this new course platform, Kristin had immense business knowledge but the visual identity needed a facelift in order to attract the high level customers that could really benefit fro the course.
Starting with the logo, we revitalized what she already had currently. The logo represents the love and stability a client gets when moving into their new home and we wanted to preserve that message with an updated look.
The goal of this website rebrand was to create more trust between the user and the brand. We wanted to tell Kristin's story and really make the client feel like they can relate to her and respect her level of industry knowledge. With this in mind, Kristins high-end, brand also feels friendly and trustworthy.

The Real Classroom's Podcast is really setting out to break down some of the toughest real estate questions and answer them in a way that doesn't feel so intimidating. They now have a well branded platform to release all future podcasts.
The main goal of The Real Classroom is education for real estate professionals. So we built out the platform to release all of the courses through, we edited the course content and made the whole experience feel high end. The Real Classroom will be releasing more classes in the future but currently if you need help in the basics of building a real estate business, you can check out their free course here.
